Title: 3D Computer Rendering of the Human Embryo

Medium: Histological slices were cut, photographed in black and white, scanned, isolated from their background in Adobe Photoshop and stacked digitally in Teleos Voxel Visualizer. In this image, grayscale values were given different transparencies and/or colors to digitally isolate tissue types and create the dramatic images above.

Intended use: Figure for thesis on embryonic anatomy - Paper is currently awaiting acceptance into the Journal of Teratology
